Here at London Timber Buildings, we offer a free, no obligation, site survey to all customers. We feel this is an important part of the decision-making process, to ensure the designated area is suitable and to assist you in designing your perfect garden annexe.

You can choose the quantity, style, colour, and positioning of all windows and doors.
We offer both Aluminium and uPVC doors and windows, in variety of colours, styles and sizes.

3. Pick External Cladding
We offer a wide range of cladding options that include Thermowood, Composite, Cedar and Cedral cladding. Composite and Cedral cladding is available in a variety of colours.

4. Finalise Internal Finish
We can advise on what works with the space available, or you can choose your layout. This allows you to create a fully bespoke annexe, tailored exactly how you would like it.

5. Electrical & Finishing Touches
Electrics is more of an essential than a finishing touch but we work with you to design an electrical plan that works for your lifestyle and exactly how you plan to use your space whether it's for a kitchen, shower room or anything else.
Beyond this, We are on hand to assist as much as possible, including internal decoration, carpentry work, and decking.
